5.6.2006 | Autor: H. Charfo, Head of CC CPBM

Results of parliamentary elections held on 2nd and 3rd June 2006 in the Czech Republic have been heavily influenced, among other factors, by long lasting anticommunist campaigns that were aimed to frighten the voters, in particular the youth and to portray the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (CPBM) as a dangerous and criminal force.

The economy is fundamental!

Economic growth is essential if society as a whole is to develop, including the social sector. The Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (CPBM) regards support for Czech firms as its priority. It wants to end the advantages foreign capital has over domestic capital and achieve real equality for all forms of ownership in industry, agriculture and services.
